I have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable, and colours and patterns may vary.

 

I am unable to offer free returns, as I am a small business, but I will do my best to resolve any issues.

 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not damaged and in its original packaging. Please email a photo and proof of purchase to kefmelts@gmail.com

I will contact you once I have received and inspected your return. I will then let you know if your refund is accepted or not.

 

You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
